ACMS Shelela

In 2011, the Shelela Foods Group and ACMS merged to form the single most experienced camp management services provider to the mining sector on the sub-continent.

The company includes a camp service division, a food products division and a temporary housing division. It provides facilities management services in either project or steady-state.

A 14% share of ACMS Shelela is owned by Mr Solomzi Ngoma. The company has a level 4 BBBEE rating.

CMSB

(CMSB) Pty Ltd was registered in Botswana in 2008, with a 33% local resident ownership. With effect from 1 July 2011, CMSB amalgamated with Ford Foods. The new entity is one of the strongest camp management service providers in the Botswana mining sector with a 40% local content.

CMSB is fully compliant with local commercial requirements, including a deferred VAT account, a correctly functioning bank account and fully audited financials. Its directors are well versed in the requirements of conducting business in Botswana.

(CMSM) Lda was registered in Mozambique in 2011. The company currently runs projects in the north of the country.
